Online Weekly Yoga Live Classes

Usually Louise can be found teaching various Yoga classes from Dynamic Flow to Restorative Yoga at a number of health clubs and Yoga studios across London but these are extraordinary times right now so most of her classes are currently offered online 


From March - May  2021 weekly Schedule 

 MONDAY mornings 9.30-10.30  Mindful Yoga Class IN PERSON & Online Live 

Booked via The Yoga Bar at

An explorative practice, a slower flow (but not necessarily less strong) with

posture holds to enhance concentration and body mind awareness.

TUESDAY evenings 

18.30-19.30 Mindful Yoga Class

A practice for the end of a busy day, breathing moving and releasing in held postures

and posture sequences with time to enjoy some relaxation too 

WEDNESDAY evenings Yoga Nidra Class

3rd, 31st MARCH  


  A deeply relaxing experience and so relevant at this challenging time. Lie down and de-stress.

This class is a guided deep relaxation and self enquiry meditation


THURSDAY evenings

All classes are live and we are currently using Zoom which you can download free to your laptop, tablet or mobile. Guidelines for class and helpful tips are given on a PDF accessed from the button below-"online Yoga tips". Please arrive from 10 minutes before start time - just as you would to a class to set up your mat settle and of course test the connection and that you can see me! 


note all timings are UK time zone 

The online classes are suitable for different levels of experience from beginner to advanced but are not recommended for complete beginners, some knowledge of Yoga postures and breathing, however 'rusty' or little, is needed. If you have not practised with me before please get in touch prior to booking

Starts 19.00- 20.30 Thursday 18th February

and thereafter 19.00-20.00 4 consecutive Thursdays ending 18th March  

Using a special 5 step programme designed and developed by Lisa Sanfilippo this course is open to everyone. 

We learn about sleep and better lifestyle practices to aid restful sleep

We look at tools of recovery that help:-

Repair your body, replenish your energy, reclaim your mind and restore calm and bring about joy

Online Private Yoga Live Classes 

Private classes can be offered on a once off basis or as a regular class. Offering those who do not have the ability to come to a group class or wish to embark on their Yoga discovery in a private way, an opportunity to do so and a number of classes can be arranged to suit individual needs and objectives.


As a Yoga Therapist offering Yoga for therapeutic purposes Louise  can tailor a programme for specific physical issues and/or support you as part of a general rehabilitation programme designed by your GP or physiotherapist.  Louise is very knowledgeable about anatomy and movement principles . Her expertise tends to be in the following areas: 

Personal Yoga for managing stress

Personal Yoga for good health and posture alignment

Personal Yoga for pregnancy, birth and postnatal

Always wanted to understand what meditation is all about?

This short course will introduce you to simple ways of learning the art of going within to find peace and quiet.

Developing your skills of focus and concentration and introducing you to mindful meditation techniques.
