Online Weekly Yoga Live Classes

Usually Louise can be found teaching various Yoga classes from Dynamic Flow to Restorative Yoga at a number of health clubs and Yoga studios across South West London but these are extraordinary times right now so all classes are currently online classes

FREE morning meditations Monday Wednesday Friday via Facebook Live and Zoom starting Wednesday 20th May 

Mindful MONDAY evenings 17.00-18.00  Yoga Class 

Booked via The Yoga Bar at

An explorative practice, a slower flow (but not necessarily less strong) with

posture holds to enhance concentration and body mind awareness.

Tranquil TUESDAY evenings 18.00-19.15  Yoga Class

A practice for the end of a busy day, breathing moving and releasing with time

 for  breath work and relaxation 

Wonderful WEDNESDAY evenings 20:00-21:00 3rd & 17th June Yoga Nidra

  A deeply relaxing experience and so relevant at this challenging time. Lie down and de-stress.

This class is a guided deep relaxation and self enquiry meditation

Transformative THURSDAY mornings  8.00-9.00 Yoga Class 

An explorative practice, you are guided through postures and posture sequences with emphasis on energising practices, with

posture holds to enhance concentration and body mind awareness for the day ahead.

Supple SATURDAY mornings 8.30-9.30  Yoga Class

Wake up to the weekend! 

You are guided through postures and posture sequences with emphasis on energising practices.

All classes are £8 and free for NHS staff

All classes are live and we are currently using Zoom which you can download free to your laptop, tablet or mobile. Guidelines for class and helpful tips are given on a PDF accessed from the button below-"online Yoga tips". Please arrive from 10 minutes before start time - just as you would to a class to set up your mat settle and of course test the connection and that you can see me! 


The online classes are suitable for different levels of experience from beginner to advanced but are not recommended for complete beginners, some knowledge of Yoga postures and breathing, however 'rusty' or little, is needed. If you have not practised with me before please get in touch prior to booking  


Online Private Yoga Live Classes 

Private classes can be offered on a once off basis or as a regular class. Offering those who do not have the ability to come to a group class or wish to embark on their Yoga discovery in a private way, an opportunity to do so and a number of classes can be arranged to suit individual needs and objectives.


As a Yoga Therapist offering Yoga for therapeutic purposes Louise  can tailor a programme for specific physical issues and/or support you as part of a general rehabilitation programme designed by your GP or physiotherapist.  Louise is very knowledgeable about anatomy and movement principles . Her expertise tends to be in the following areas:

Personal Yoga for pregnancy, birth and postnatal
