Online Weekly Yoga

Usually Louise can be found teaching various Yoga classes from Dynamic Flow to Restorative Yoga at a number of health clubs and Yoga studios across South West London but these are extraordinary times right now so all classes are currently online classes 

From 30th March this is the current online timetable

All classes are live and we are currently using Zoom which you can download free to your laptop, tablet or mobile. Guidelines and helpful tips are given on booking  Please arrive from 10 minutes before start time - just as you would to a class to set up your mat settle and of course test the connection and that you can see me! 


The online classes are suitable for different levels of experience from beginner to advanced but are not recommended for complete beginners, some knowledge of Yoga postures and breathing, however 'rusty' or little, is needed. If you have not practised with me before please get in touch prior to booking  


Private Tuition

Private Yoga classes are conducted on a one to one or small group basis and take place either at an individual's home, or another venue chosen and paid for by the client.

From March 2020 all private tuition is online until further notice 

Private classes can be offered on a once off basis or as a regular class. Offering those who do not have the ability to come to a group class or wish to embark on their Yoga discovery in a private way, an opportunity to do so and a number of classes can be arranged to suit individual needs and objectives.



*New Monthly Class

The time of the new moon is a time to reset, renew and new beginnings . Around the time of the new moon we will come together to deepen our knowledge and experience of all things Yoga!  The classes will take place from 7.15pm-9pm at The Exchange Twickenham on the following Tuesdays

Our final monthly class dated below is currently scheduled to be online unless circumstances change . The call details will be given once you have booked 

  • April 28th 

An in-depth exploration, each class is themed around a principle or verse in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, which can be defined as a book of verses full of ancient wisdom for our current times and will include introducing and  explaining the theme. Asana practice to support the topic, restorative practices and chanting to embody the theme. We will conclude with a short meditation and some tips to take away into our daily life.
